FILTHY AND DISGUSTING FEATHER FOUND IN CHICKEN

Good day <br> <br> I am very unsatisfied and disgusted with the service received at KFC Bayview. On the 02/12/2015 I purchased Zinger Wings. I was appalled to find a feather in my chicken. I called the customer care line and spoke to KT Nasedi who advised that KFC cannot do anything about feathers. I don't understand KFC is such a huge franchise and we get told that they can't do anything regarding feathers. <br> <br> I took the wings back to the store. The Manager apologised and advised that she will replace the wings. <br> We pay for the food. We use our hard earned money to purchase something of quality. Our health is at risk and our lives are at risk and you don't even get proper assistance. What will it take for my voice to be heard. Does someone need to die before KFC can take some responsibility <br>
