Felt mistreated and disrespected!

Dear Sir/Madam

Yesterday I encountered a very ill and shallow customer service.Filled with so much disrespect from stuff members .

Yesterday afternoon as I went to purchase take away with my partner as we walked into the branch . We got sanitized as she went forward to closely look at the menu . I stood back to let her choose whatever we’ll be eating or having for lunch. My phone rang as she looked up to pick our menu as I was on the phone taking steps around my sarroundings . My partner was talking to me not realizing I was on the phone . I could hear your staff members unprofessionally shouting at us yelling “social distancing” 1 started shouting then the 2nd.3rd and 4th staff member shouted so loudly at us . I then had to wait for 10 min+ for my order I felt like they did this deliberately !

As I was about to put back my phone in my pocket a security guard came and touched my partner on her waist infront of me yelling “ can’t you see those marks. Social distancing !” Which my partner felt so uncomfortable. And told that security guard they was no need to come touch me . Especially my waist !

This is really not the first time something like this happened such an incident. I Then called for a supervisor or manager. Because it was the 2nd time something so disrespectful and undermining has happened last month we went to order food as we got our purchase we had a sit in as we were about to sit down I saw four people upstairs .as we were about to sit across each other to keep the distance someone (staff) came rushing towards us to come tell as I have to go sit at a table that is 5-7 steps away while they were two people sharing the same tables eating across us .

I asked that woman (staff member) what about them what’s different from us because.i know and I will keep the distance since we sharing a meal . She said to me those people came earlier and she can’t move them I asked can I at least take a picture of them to attach to this Email she disagreed. I said “okay” I left and walked out .

Thing is I’m young living with albinism. I have lived in Orange Grove my whole life I’m only 23 years of age so me walking in there probably they know me from around an in the restaurant . I felt so disrespected and underestimated and very undermined because of my looks . I really feel like not stepping there ever again because it’s the second time .

We’ll back to the incident that happened yesterday . I asked the security guard (christopher or Chris ) for his name . This is how he answered me “ What do you want ? or want to do with my name ? I won’t give you “ In vernacular as he walked away . I approached him for the second time and asked again he ignored me slightly narrowing his body so that I struggle to read his name badge .

And I honestly don’t like how we were treated yesterday. And most especially a male figure or anybody or that sort to touch and ***ually touch my (girlfriend ) in the manner he did .I was about to go open a ***ual harassment case on him but I thought about it .
