Feeling Unsatisfied

It's was late last night, 1 am, so I guess people become less keen to be customer focused and just wants the job done.

I must have asked and repeated that I wanted "two Zinger Fully loaded Box meals" more than 80 times. I saw on the slip no indication on the Zinger of the Fully Loaded Box meal. So I repeated some more that it must be a "Zinger".

As they gave me the order I repeated again, It's a "Zinger" Fully loaded Box meal? "Yes" was the response.

Got home. Plain Fully loaded Box meal.

It was still good. But now I grave those Zinger Wings and feel cheated.
