Feedback on Bathroom Access at Hammanskraal KFC Drive-Thru

Dear KFC Team, I’d like to share a disappointing experience I had at your Hammanskraal Drive-Thru branch on Saturday, 4th October. I was in urgent need of a bathroom and was told by staff that they didn’t have access because someone had left with the key. This left me with no option but to take my money elsewhere and go to Steers next door, where I was able to use the facilities. I understand that things happen, but basic amenities like bathroom access are essential—especially for paying customers. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar situations in the future.
