Fed up with KFC Athlone!

Completely appalled by the level of unprofessionalism incompetence I have received at the Athlone branch KFC. I have had countless bad encounters at this specific branch, and I keep returning because it's conveniently located but I've had it! Half breasts, sub par chicken, incomplete orders and today my online order conveniently didn't reflect on their systems! Management has the nerve to tell me to sort it out with customer care. Money has been deducted from my acc. Proof of payment has been provided and still nothing. Now I'm out substantial amount of money and there's nothing they can do apparently. I called the store and they promised to call back. Still waiting! I wish they could just close thus branch. It'disgraces the brand!
