Fed up with bad service and bad food

Went this afternoon with my kids to Kfc in rosmead avenue to buy them something to eat as they were hungry..got to the drive through and ordered 2 snack burgers and mash and gravy for them...as they are toddlers... ordered a 10 piece family treat with zinger wings. Pops and mash and gravy as a side... left and went to the park 5 minutes away to have a nice meal with a nice view. And a place for the kids to play...only to find that the chips was old as my kids was eating it on the way there... thought maybe it was just a few of theirs... but it was all like that... 6 of th pieces of chicken we got was raw...extremely raw and ******... my wife has been throwing up ever since eating that...the pops was rock hard and old my kids couldn't even bite it properly...it's now the I don't even know how much time this has happened to us... and the sad part is I used the last of my money to buy that food to make a nice day for the kids... kfc has ruined our day once again... now I sit with a sick wife and my kids doesn't want to eat anything as they think it all has blood in it.... need to up their game...it isnt right that we as customers must pay for that..
