Feathers on my dunked wings!!!

<p>My colleague went to KFC in N1 City mall today to buy lunch for the team. I ordered 4 dunked wings. When she returned to the office with the food my dunked wings still had feathers on them. It was disgusting!! My colleague ordered a streetwise 3 however they only packed a streetwise 2. My colleague then drove back to KFC to return the dunked wings and streetwise 2. The branch did not seem to have a manager on duty and was completely disorganised. The cashier who assisted my colleague previously took the whole thing as a joke, he actually knew that he gave us the wrong order as he admitted (streetwise 2 instead of 3). They went to the back to remake the orders and she could actually see that they were laughing and making fun of the wings with feathers. I have pictures of the dunked wings with feathers. This experience is unacceptable and has completely put me off KFC!!!</p>
