Feathers on KFC Zinger wings

I visited the KFC store in Arbour Crossing Amanzimtoti today 01-07-2018, purchased a Zinger wing bucket among other items. However, when I get home to have my meal, I find hair and feathers on the pieces of the chicken. I phoned the store, they took forever to answer. Spoke to the assistant manager of the store, who requested me to come in tp the store and he will resolve my issue. However, when I get to the store 5 minutes after my call with him, he is not there. I then waited for almost an hour until the store supervisor got me on the phone with the restaurant general manager who was not able to resolve my issue. This is not the first time I've experienced this sort of issue with the store in question. It is the fourth time this year that I've experienced this sort of issue with the same store.
