feathers on KFC zinger wings

On Sunday the 23 August 2015 I purchased several items from KFC Farrarmere and one of the items were KFC zinger wings. After arriving home and deciding to have my lunch I found a feather still attached to one of the zinger wings. My wife also had the same with her set of zinger wings. She reported the matter to kfc who the diverted the problem to the branch manager of kfc farrarmere. All he could say that the wings were delivered to him that way. Surely if that was the case KFC should have better quality control procedures in place. The manager should have taken steps to make sure that no other customers experience what we had to. He should also appologise for the poor service and obviously this problem needs to go back to KFC to be addresses. Very dissappointed with KFC. <br> <br>
