Faulty ice-cream machine

The 3 times we were at this current KFC in 6 weeks they claimed that their ice-cream machine where broken, 2 of these times we went to the KFC in Kolbe avenue. they had the same story, the time is about between 20h00 and 20h30 just after mealtimes, which is unacceptable. 2 days ago when the last incident occurred we had to go to the KFC in Curie avenue we waited in the drive through line for 32minutes just to see around the corner 7 of the staff members eating ice-cream on the pavement next to the door! This is unacceptable.
