Faulsification of trading hours

I am very dissappointed at kfc, i went to x4 diffent stores around 21:00pm and in all 4 stores i could not get the chicken as i was getting the same story that i had to wait 30min offwhich i couldnt as i was in a hurry. This is rediculous to drive in four different kfc getting the same inconvinience. If someone can give me an answer as to what is the use to advertise that you open 24hrs to serve your customers though you not. This cant happen in four stores i really dont understand and i wish someone can put me on a green light cause right now am lost. You cant treat your customers like this waisting my petrol up and down for an hour. Not even one staff member could give me an answer as to why do i get the same response on all the stores i have mentioned above. You might as well close all the kfc in tableview at night so that we as your customers dont even waiste our time there.the 24hr trading does not exist.
