Fast food that is not so fast....

<p>After waiting for 15 minutes Just to reach the final collection window( we were second in the drivethru) we just wanted our money back, then the lady wanted to give us "our" order - but it was incorrect!</p> <p>We repeatedly asked for our money back - waiting another 5 mins we got a refund and left hungry!</p> <p>I think this is unacceptable - nobody assisted us and even apologized for the poor service! </p> <p> </p>
