Fast Food should be FAST Food!
Visited the outlet last Thursday. Arrived in the drive-through at 21:08 after working a very long day, with only 4 cars in front of me in the queue. Only managed to get to ordering window at 21:47 (blocked in by other vehicles, otherwise I would have been long gone!), placed my order, received my meal at 21:53. No apology, and no indication beforehand about the waiting time. This was really pathetic and unacceptable. Also
