Family Treat Gone Wrong

<p>i would like to bring to your attention what i experienced last night at KFC promenade. purchased a family meal and it was hustle and bustle period and im not sure if this is the reason why i was given such disappointing food. 2 of my 4 zinger wings had a feather still attached to it which was rather disgusting. what put me off is the fact that most of the kfc skin or spice was not present on thr chicken in saying so that chicken was oily and i think thats why there was hardly crispy skin on. so it tasted like normal chicken and not kfc. my entire famiky was put off by the chicken. my 5 year old son wouldnt even eat it. the snack burger patty thing was close to death i think the cos it was dry. my one mash and gravy i think had a small s**** of gravy on and i was left with a bowl of mash after my first scoop. i feel my money was not valued given the type of food i received a R200 i dont pick up on the road so i expect to receive the proper standards from kfc regardless of the time of day that i pitch up and the branch. yes its month end and its full but make the neccessary arrangements to put forward only the best. soggy oily chicken skin and chicken with feathers on is a major no no. please address this matter.</p>
