False Resolution

KFC is listed as 1 of the companies that respond,this is false representation because they don't follow through.On Tuesday 02/02/2016 at 15h12 I was contacted by (I think he said his name is) Dingaan using number *** &wanted to offer his apologies.I asked him if he had viewed the footage of the event to which he rep**** no.I told him I will not accept an apology until he views it because he has no idea what he is apologising for.I also told him I will not accept an apology over the phone,I want to be in the presence of both Lebo B &Phillimon &I want to know what repercussions have they faced.He said he will view the footage &get back to me,I haven't heard from him since.<br> The next day I got a call from Phillimon at 07h20 using number *** who also wanted to offer his apologies.I gave him the same response I gave to Dingaan.He said he will wait to hear from Dingaan &since then I haven't heard from him either.<br> Despite the shocking behavior displayed by Lebo B &amp;Phillimon's disappointing execution of his management responsibilities, I am in absolute disbelief that KFC just left the matter hanging.<br> I will take this matter as far as possible because this is unacceptable!
