False information

My name is Alfonzo Jackson, as per attached screenshots. I have been trying to get the R2 deal but as per the app info, it was only available from 14:00pm. It’s now 13:24 and the app is saying that I missed the deal. I’m complaining regarding false info. I would like to hear from you. What is the explanation on this?
