False Competition adverti*****t

there is always competitions at KFC but getting throught o enter is a problem, last year it was win a Polo one, i bought the 9 piece buckets 3 times at KFC Triangle Rustenburg Northwest via Drive through and i would ask for the Box with the barcode for competition, and they will assure me its the one with bar code , but when i get home its not, i lodged a complaint via complaints line and also called the store to speak to manager up to no vail, now there is a bottomless bucket competition i went to buy also they say they don't have the boxes that have the competition Codes, question is why advertise on national TV of competition and we never get that box at the store, do we have to travel 20km to go to the KFC that have competition boxes? or is it for certain people only, cant you maybe mention on the advert which branches got the right boxes, its very much unfair to queue and ask the staff member if the box is marked and you get home its not
