False advertising KFC 24 Hours

So we ordered online and went to collect at the KFC Moreletapark and to our surprise everything was closed.

This is not the first time this has happened and the irony is that there is 24 hours signs everywhere. So now we have to drive to another KFC and try to explain this situation.

Sort this out.. You can't let people order online if you are closed. Is there no one managing the stores? Also why is the KFC closed of you're advertising that it's open 24 hours?

Very disappointed and unhappy.
