False advertising - item never available
I have been to KFC Musina on 4 occasion with the hope of trying out their Kit-Kat Krusher. On all occasions this was not possible as the ice-cream machine is constantly broken. I really don't understand how one could own an ice-cream machine in a town this hot and it spends 85% of its time not working. I've been live in Musina for a year now and I can literally count the amount of times I've had the pleasure of having ice-cream in this KFC. For a customer who enjoys your food this is frustrating as I constantly find myself in a position whereby I need to drive /- 20k's to buy from the KFC outside out?
