False advertising

KFC - Prospecton False advertising. I purchased a Streetwise deal, on the 12 Feb 2020. I had no intentions of actually purchasing KFC that day but seeing that is was my husbands birthday and we saw the Swag bag promo on television the weekend before, I decided to surprise him with that deal. our intentions was to go out for dinner but I assumed KFC would be a extra treat considering he mentioned the promo. To my disappointment, when I opened the KFC bag, there was NO swag bag with the meal. I immediately contacted the branch and spoke to Simiso and he asked me my details and was going to get back to me. To add to me woes, the deal comes with 1 piece chicken, 2 wings, mash and gravy and a roll. Maybe it should be stipulated that the piece is just a flat piece of fried skin. When i got home and tried to still make light of the situation, the size of the chicken reminded me exactly how much I have been **********. Well since than I have no response and hence my review here on hellopeter. So where did it go wrong, it may sound very petty that I may seem to be throwing my toys for a swag bag, BUT I supported the franchise and I needed it as a treat which obvious was of no use and it simply boils down to false advertising. All good and jolly to apologize but who will reimburse me my resources and fuel. My income is earned and it really disappoints me when I am taken for granted as customer or mislead. Values matter so please don't mislead the consumer.
