False advertising and won't be a customer anymore

I send my aunt to buy 2 boxes of special bcoz we were expecting guests . When she got there KFC Stanford quarter in Port Elizabeth they told the special is off . I googled the nr for KFC and that number for that kfc is ********** 001 then they confirmed that if I haven't seen the advert last night that means it's been stopped , previously they explained that the special will run until the 12th today . KFC has a bad service every time they have a special they hide it fortunately this 1 it was flighted on tv . Kfc lost me as a customer this special was on TV and on the internet and on got even SMS to and it said until the 12th this is unacceptable very unhappy this is false advertising and I'm sure KFC is going to lose a lot of customers because of this
