False advertising and no willingness to compromise for loyal customers

I am unhappy with the fact that we were shown a promotion online and advised it is available at any branch, I was looking for the streetwise feast, and they advise that it is currently unavailable and when I ask why they say cause they are out of mini loafs, and I advise that I am willing to buy it without the mini loafs and they refuse, and I ask which option is similar, they say large chips with five pieces for R100.00 meaning I lose out on the drinks, and I pleaded that they let me buy the promo without the loafs and they still refused so I had to buy for more than the advertised amount and without the items advertised, sounds like a money making **** to be honest.
