False Advertising and Disgusting Service from KFC Mpophomeni

Zinhle from KFC Mpophomeni should be taken on Customer Service course because she treated me like she was giving me handouts. I bought a meal from the KIOSK that had mini loaves only to be told by her that they don't have mini loaves and there is nothing they can do about it. On further enquiries, she told me that "you are not being charged for the mini loaf anyway!" What do you mean???? The meal I selected and paid for had mini loaves. Did it say FREE mini loaves?? NO!!! The amount of attitude she gave me is absolutely appalling for a franchise this big. Your staff need to respect and treat customers with respect.
