False Advertising and Bad customer Service

<p><br />KFC opened a new branch in Umkomaas KZN. <br />They advertised in the local paper that from the 1st to the 4th of September 2016 customers <br />spending a R100 or more would be rewarded by a spin of the wheel for a prize.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 4th September I purchased a bucket of chicken for R110 but was denied a prize <br />and spin of the wheel as apparently the store had run out of gifts. <br />However, the advert in the newspaper stated that the prize wheel would be operational until 4 September <br />This is false advertising and I am contemplating taking this matter further.</p> <p> </p> <p>After having travelled home we discovered the bucket contained NO Chicken BREASTS.<br />For R110 one would expect a balanced bucket.To add to my dissapointment, the <br />chicken was not cooked right through (blood inside)</p> <p> </p> <p>We contacted Customer service on 4 Septemeber 2016(***) however no response has been recieved to date. </p> <p> </p> <p>As a first time customer at Umkomaas KFC I am appalled by the service I received. This guarentees I will not return <br />there again. Even more of a dissapointment is the Customer Care at KFC, as they seem to have no regard or "care" for any customer as they have not even attempted to follow up on this matter or seek any form of resolution.</p> <p>Given the above I question if I will ever return to ANY KFC franchise at all.</p> <p> </p>
