False advertising

<p>I went to the KFC in westgate shopping centre, directly opposite the game stores. I placed an order for a streetwise eight which comes with 3 mini loaves and 2 gravies. One gravy was included and the second gravy was charged for as an additional cost. the mini loaves were not included either. Im not sure how your head office escalates these such complaints, i called and reported the complaint and was told i would get a call the next day. Two days later i received a call from the wrong KFC and was promised the same day that i would be contacted by the correct branch. To date i have not received any feedback. the customer service provided is pathetic as well as being charged additonally for food. and paying for a certain meal and being cheated out of your money.</p> <p> </p> <p>i had made the purchase on 14 August2016. and this issue has still not been resolved. </p>
