false advertising
I went to KFC on the 15 March 2016 for a meal and asked that they should not put ice in my drink only to find out that the drink is not full because I didn't want any ice, it is not stated anywhere in the shop that if you don't want ice the drink is not full no stated on the meals so that is false advertising. they should have a sign that state that in all the restaurants i went to like McDonald's i have never encountered such things even the attitudes of the employees changes when you ask why is the cup not full.
