False advertising

I placed an order on WhatsApp and when collecting they refused to give me a thigh. On the menu it is being advertised with a thigh. No where on the menu does it state that it only comes with drumstick. When I asked for the thigh they refused and said that it only comes with a drumstick. Is this a matter of false advertising? Or *********** staff? Or just staff making their own rules?
