False advertising

I have tried getting their attention in Facebook, where they are advertising this special for showmax, and they deliberately ignore people querying about it.

I am mainly bring this up, as there are people that see this promotion, and will but it, for those 7 days of "free" showman. However We have bought 2 of the Kentucky for 2 on 2 separate occasions, in the past week and no voucher on the slip, no code. You ask the teller, they don't know what you talking about. You check out the website and all it says is check your slip. KFC doesn't care to comment on where the voucher /code is. Still have the slips if you want proof.
