False advertising

I had an unpleasant experience with KFC Chris Hani mall in Vosloorus yesterday. There is a special of 10 wings for R59.00 that was advertised. When I asked for that special I was told that its not on the system. I was then abruptly told they can only give me 8 wings which was not on the price board. I was left feeling confused, why would the 8 wings special which was NOT on the price on the pricing system and the 10 wings that were actually advertised on the price not on the pricing system. How do we trust what KFC is advertising on TV on other marketing mediums. I'm utterly disgusted at the lack compassion from the cashier who is the face of KFC. She dint care how I felt nor did she try and empathies with as a paying customer. I ended buying what she said she could sell to me. I am in the client care industry and KFC needs to come to the party and keep their word. The customer is KING.
