False advertising

Went to KFC on Tuesday (16/01/2018) for the special they advertised. It was not being offered as they said they don't have enough chicken. But if I wanted to buy the same amount of chicken pieces I can at the FULL price. I was told by the manager that they received an email the day before that they were cancelling the special YET it still ran on TV. Why not print an apology on TV the day before. Rather than let people drive all the way there? Cause they know we are going to buy it at the normal price as we have not made other plans. Well sorry for them went to get another special at the advertised price at another food outlet. DISGUSTING how they treat their customers. And they still want a good rating?
