False Advertising

Hi I am a regular at kfc and I do enjoy their food. I work in the Greenpoint area and I stay in Kuilsriver. My company makes use of the meal vouchers at kfc greenpoint so I know the menu quite well as well as all the specials. I recently picked up that there was a special where they give free cool drinks with a streetwise 5 and streetwise 3.

I went to kfc riverside tonight and ordered a streetwise 5 and assumed I would get a free cool drink but I was told with an attitude that this particular kfc does not take part in the special. I am trying to understand why a franchise does not do the same specials at all kfc's. I also called customer service and they said I should go ahead with my hello Peter because they don't care. I am actually really upset as I have been a loyal customer and I don't understand this.
