False advertising

I went to the KFC in Bellville next to the Middestad Mall for the Tuesday bucket special (12 pieces for R99) and was told it's not on special this specific Tuesday. And that they first look at the time of the month to decide on which Tuesday the special should be. No where in the adverts I have seen does it specify which Tuesdays the special falls. Even if that were the case, should there not be a poster to notify us of this instead of us waiting in long queues to be told this by their staff? I think it is highly inconveniencing and unprofessional for just one branch to be telling us something different from all the other KFC branches. I think there is slight level of opaque in their branches.
