False advertising

I ordered a Chocolate Sunday for R14.90. And i got a cup of vanilla ice cream with a sliver of chocolate sauce. Usually the Sunday is coated with chocolate. I asked the lady servicing me if she could add more sauce and she told me i was being ridiculous. I don't know if you are cutting costs or what KFC but you need to stop gals advertising or make sure all your branches produce the same standards and quality. Its not the first time ordering a Sunday. At uShaka Marine the KFC does an amazing job. Please retrain your staff.
