False advertising

The worst service ever. Ordered a cyber Monday deal before it was sold out and received my order number to come collect before 9PM. I we to fetch my order at Jabulani mall at 3pm only to be told that it was a C-section system error. So from 9h45 till 15h00 no one bothered to tell me it was system problem. I called the customer care line and I got a different story I from what the manager told me at Jabulani mall.
