False advertising

What a disappointment KFC is. I went online to order the bucket for 9 as it was on special and as a valued customer that buys there regularly. I was so frustrated when the bucket for 9 showed available for R14,95 but when I had to check out it disappeared and I could no longer get it . How can KFC do that
