**** meat KFC, Tembi, tembisa

Yesterday my wife on the 23/12/2019 bought KFC masala, from Tembi, in tembisa, they sold me meat that doesn't even taste like KFC masala or any other KFC taste, I eat the masala range almost every week, I am a cook aswell, I know how KFC tastes like, what my wife bought from KFC Tembi, in tembisa, was not any range of meals kfc since it's Inception. They literally sold us boiled chicken with masala spice only which tasted differently from my usual masala buys. To top it all of, i drove back with my wife and to the same KFC, I asked what meat is this because this is not KFC meat it's boiled, secondly I buy KFC masala frequently so what meat are you guys selling because it tastes dry, it's old meat and it's not a KFC taste. I offered to buy from a different KFC so we can compare the quality,taste and the original KFC taste. The two gentlemen named Lucky and Hanyani refused, to come and explain or apologize but instead Lucky fled, then Hanyani stayed I requested them over and near the staff to take down the radio in the shop but it was loud, they refused to take down the radio and listen to whatever I had to say, I asked lucky and Hanyani please come out and let's discuss properly, Hanyani refused and said no I won't comeout let's talk through the window, I asked Hanyani, have you done any training regarding retail management or related courses regarding customers service he gave me an attitude, I told him I've done retail courses and you are not a good example to your staff or customers, could you please give me and incident book or form to fill my concern or complaint, he refused with attitude and give him his refund I asked for reprint slip as they had taken the food away he blatantly refused and told the security guards to forcefully remove me out shop I'm not needed here, I am so appauld and digustedted at the level compentcy, standard and manner of a so called manager of such a big brand, I asked Hanyani whose your area manager he responded and said I don't know but I think it's you and the security guards stood near me from each side of, I told them I'm stil sorting out something do you mind giving me space and they did, I would like serious action to be taken against Hanyani honestly, I've managed franchises previously I know there's no way I could be in a business of that magnitude and be that disrespectful. Retail s****s and management in townships need serious training review check if there's correct people in positions, are owners in the townships really training and empowering staff? Or are owners training their staff but there's still no controls and no micro management
