Extremely slow service and Bad food

A friend and I went to KFC in Bothasig to grab a quick snack and ended up spending over 30 min to get my food. We arrived at the store at about 19:55. We were the first people in the que. When we got there, there was no cashier to take our order, people were slowly moving around and preparing orders for the long line of people already waiting, but nobody bothered to serve us. Eventually at 20:02 the cashier came out of the toilet and served us. I order 4 snack burgers with cheese and zinger sauce, which then took almost 30 min for them to make. On top of the long wait, the patties were dry, the rolls old and the garnish was sloppy. After such a long wait, one would expect fresh food. Service there has been appalling lately and the food has not been fresh the last few times I have been there. A gentleman complained to the manager this evening, and this is the third time I have personally heard him say this, that they usually make provision for these sort times when they are short staffed. It is disgraceful.
