Extremely slow service

Hi, I would just like KFC South Africa to know about how extremely slow service is the norm at the KFC Montana. If they don't loose your order you wait for at least an hour for a streetwise 3. I went there last week and yesterday. Last week I though inside might be quicker, but they seem to be on a slow strike? The orders are made but there is one super slow lady giving the orders out, and she can't be bothered if she takes ages. The KFC was FULL of people waiting for there orders. Everyone with slip in hand. The kitchen seems quick, because the rack was overflowing with orders that was made. But she just takes ages to put it in a bag??? The second time I thought the drive though might be better, but it was sadly not. I spent an hour in the drive through, and there was a total of 4 cars in front of me. I know this isn't normal. Any other KFC has got quick friendly service. This is a big disappointment. The food was great, just the service is very very slow. Please do something about it.
