Extremely Poor Service levels at KFC Jabulani Mall

I have never been so hungry and yet so disappointed in a KFC Befor, I asked for a happy meal for my daughter and they dont have chips or mini loafs. I asked for a box master meal in the same breath and they also didn't have. I asked for Pap because I really craved their food and they said they dont even have that. If this is the standard of KFC in Jabulani then I must say I'm really dissatisfied with the quality and a question I have is whether this is done deliberate because it's in a black township compared to the quality of service one would get In Sandton. Please fix this because it trully is appalling and I cant stand this level of service delivery!
