Extremely poor service from Lebo at the drive through

I called on the branch on cnr OR Thambo & Voortrekker street, Techno Park, Witbank on the evening of 1 March 2023. I was in the drive through with no cars in front or at the back of me. I asked the attendant (Lebo) for a few seconds to check the menu. She insisted that I then go inside the outlet. I made up my mind within 15 seconds and she refused to take my order. Switched off the microphone and closed the drive through window. I went into the outlet and spoke to the manager (Lazarus) about the poor service. He called her to the front desk and I raised my concern with her. She showed a poor attitude and no interest. I went back to my car and proceeded through the drive through again, as I could immediately place my order. Once Lebo heard it was me placing an order, she again said I must go into the outlet, closing off the microphone. I went back into the outlet and placed my order with the manager. Reason why I was using the drive through, was that I was not dressed to go into the outlet. The manager then explained to me that Lebo was experiencing personal problems but also admitted that her behavior was unprofessional and uncalled for.
