Extremely poor service

I am Sandile I am so disappointed by KFC Kanyamzane branch. I have been disappointed by their service in 3 occassions in a row all in less than 2 weeks. First i purchased kfc pops for my daughter, only to find dry and burnt Pops. In the 2nd instance ordered a, kfc streetwise for 2 and requested no white meat. But guess what i got 2 pieces of white meat. Today i went an ordered a streetwise 2 and requested to get mash and gravy with it, i just got home hoping to enjoy my meal only to find that there is no Mash and gravy. This is really annoying, i will no longer purchase kfc if this persists
