Extremely poor service at KFC Langenhovenpark

Me and my Sister went there last night at 7:30 we waited in the queue for 15 minutes with the staff all standing there in n bundle and talking to each other not one coming to help us - so after 15 minutes my sister said lets just go order at the screens… while busy ordering at the screens a black gentleman came in and he was immediately greeted and helped with a smile, I find this extremely rasist… then when our food was finally ready we went to collect it and the lady that helped us was extremely rude- our order was 2 colonel burger meals one with a Buddy COKE and one with a fountain FANTA.. the lady asked my sister if it was two cokes we wanted and my sister explained no its one buddy coke and one fountain fanta - the lady then proceeded to pour in a fountain coke and gave us a buddy fanta, when my sister politely tried to correct her she held up the fountain coke and rudely asked and what am I supposed to do with this now? So we just decided to take the cokes and leave.. Should have asked to speak to a manager then and there…
