Extremely poor service

I placed order online for collection when I arrived at the store it was closed due to technical issues. I called customer care for voucher this was on the 24th December today is the 27th still no voucher.Their customer care is very unprofessional was assisted by lady called Mbali she couldn't care at all.All other people who were assisting they kept referring me back that she is one to help me but seems like she forgot to send voucher.So you guy's think we have money to donate to your organization for poor services.Train your staff and refund me.
