extremely poor service
I am so annoyed with KFC in phumulani, their staff in inefficient and they serve customers with arrogance and attitude. I called to place an order only to fetch it and find it not ready. When I got there I found a lady who was one of the tellers who was extremely unpleasant and did not give a damn. No one was accountable for my order I even left without having been assisted.
