Extremely poor customers service

<p>I was helped by the Lady(Motlatsi) at Silverton KFC drive thru corner Pretoria road & Van Wyk street on the 30th May 2017 at around 22h30 as driving thru her window to place my order she opened a windows about +/-60mm wide and asked me for an order with her hands in her dry magg, then thats when I've asked her prices for some of their products then she couldn't even hear me clearly as she was looking on her fellow colleague counting cash and I've tried again to tell her what am I looking for then took an order of something different from what I've asked then I've asked why is the price so high for what I was trying to buy which it was 50% higher to the cost of what i was looking for, then I've asked why is your prizes so higher then I reapeted my order again but she kept the windows on the same position with her hand on her jacket, and while i was trying us to be on the same pah then she turned her head to her fellow colleague and sad I quote "tshelete eo keya makgowa" then I felt unvaluable with her behaviour had to drove off without being serviced which left me with a question of saying is how after hours KFC customers service being offered or is how their management's tought them of how to behave when serving at night/cold. If that's the case then let them focus on a daily business unlike to make us feels so useless and unwanted after such a long day we had at work where we expected to be served with pride and dignity. My rating towards the place goes to minus 00000.1 customers service I don't forsee myself buying there anymore with her on the present of my face.</p>
