Extremely poor customer service

I ordered online 15 piece bucket, 10 dunked wings and sliders. I got there at 18:15 then got assisted at 18:34,also told that the waiting period for meat is 10 mins. Fine i waited, at 19:15 i went to query then they told me that the meat is only coming out. By that time everyone that got me there left,

I was then told that the dunked wings are not available, i mean the whole hour? The cashier let me pay for something that is not there? Not that was not that, at later stage i was told to wait for another 10 minutes for my dunked wings. Meaning the Dunked wings were there but there was no one to do them.

Where would they get them in this 10 minutes? Is this the service that KFC promenade provide? In fact is this what the company do to their customers?

Extremely poor customer service, cashiers are arguing amongst themselves asking each other who was responsible for making dunked wings? Wow that's so bad indeed. The cashier who assisted me went to pick n pay. Im so disgused by the service you guys provide
