Extremely long wait times, poor attitude
I ordered a streetwise, crunch strips and a zinger burger. I waited 25 mins, I was left in the dark and when I asked what's happening, I was simply told \ya it's coming"by a gentlemen name siphelele. I asked for the manager and was ignored. I then got fed up and requested my money back. This was ignored as well and the guy walked away to instead check up on my food. I approached the manager who agreed to refund"
