Extremely dry dunked wings

On the 8th of February 2020, I went to the KFC at Rondebosch, Main road in Cape Town at around 14:30 to buy dunked wings and what I got wasn't even close to being dunked wings but rather zinger wings with a drizzle of the dunked wings sauce! I asked the cashier if they could add more sauce because they were very dry and they said I'd have to pay for sauce on my dunked wings and then a few minutes later another cashier said I cant get sauce on my dunked wings which are supposed to have the sauce already! I ended up having to leave with dry dunked wings
