EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH DELIVERY HAZELDEAN

<p>Good day</p> <p>Today at 19:15 we decided to place our order telephonically. Ellen confirmed it will take between 30-40 min for it to be delivered. After waiting 45 min we phoned to follow up. We were informed that they will call Hazeldean to find out what's going on. After that Hazeldean phoned and confirmed our food is ready (20:00) and their driver will deliver shortly. At 20:40 I managed to speak to the so called manager whom I could barely hear on the phone, trying to blame the pathetic service on the driver. I cancelled my order then and there, yet they had the nerve to still send this driver to our house at 21:00. I cannot believe that this is the type of service you give. Will never order again!!!!!</p>
