“Extremely Disappointing Portions – Do Better, KFC Sunninghill”

I rushed out to get dinner late yesterday evening after a long day at work and decided to purchase the Big 6 deal from KFC Sunninghill.

I normally request a combination of thighs and drumsticks, but on this occasion I forgot to specify my preference. I honestly expected to receive a reasonable variety of chicken pieces. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened my meal, I was extremely disappointed.

The portions were incredibly poor: 2 small wings, 3 tiny breast pieces—which I don't eat or enjoy—and 1 very small thigh. Not a single drumstick.

Is this really how customer orders are being portioned? We are paying for a meal and expect the portions to be fair and decent. How is a family of three expected to share such small and stingy pieces?

I understand that specific pieces cannot always be guaranteed, but the overall portioning should still be fair and provide a satisfactory meal.

Do better, KFC Sunninghill. We are paying customers and expect to receive good service and a meal that is worth what we have paid for.
